30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on all items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@precicolins.cyou with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the item securely and affix the provided return label. Drop off the package at the carrier’s designated location.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after the return is received.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and downloadable software products (if applicable) are non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
